Hello awesome people! :D 

Happy holidays to everyone! We at #ProjectAwesome2012 however would not be having our holidays since we will be busy entertaining you guys with our cute project! :D Thanks for your supports to us so far, we have grown so BIG that sometimes we saw ourselves going bananas from the CRAZY replies! 

As we speak, we have our #ShutterSquad and #PAAmbassador doubling in memberships! A lot of awesome volunteers are participating in this project, and we thank them all very much! This is just too heartwarming and definitely touching! :')

To add more FUN into #ProjectAwesome2012, we introduce you:

#AwesomeTerritory

This is a little side project where we need YOU awesome tweeps to tweet us up your hometown! We will mark your locations in the Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei maps and then we can see the concentration of our awesome supporters! Our aim is to make sure that we have supporters from all over the place, and that means we need to fill in the map with heck a lot of marks! :D 

So far we have received 24 #AwesomeTerritory shoutouts from major cities like Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Terengganu, Kuantan, Seremban, Shah Alam, Kuching and Johor Bahru! We need more! Please participate in this side project and help us fill up the map with your location marks :D

So what do you need to do?:

Send a tweet to us via Twitter saying, "Hey @PA2012- ! I'm from #AwesomeTerritory [your location]!". Any format will do though, as long as you address the tweet to our Official Twitter @PA2012_ and include the hashtag #AwesomeTerritory.

Awesome #ShutterSquad!

Hello everyone! :D

We present you yet another logo for #ProjectAwesome2012! 

Also, we would like to present you the #ShutterSquad!

In a nutshell, the #ShutterSquad is our group of volunteer photographers who go around and snap pictures of people holding the "I'm Awesome!" sign and submit to us. The minimum requirement to obtain the #ShutterSquad status is 10 pictures. 

The benefits of being a #ShutterSquad member are:

1. You can meet more people and make their days
2. You are actually a part of this project
3. You are being awesome yourself!

Your contributions will be fully acknowledged and will be publicly announced as a fine #ShutterSquad hero in our blog, twitter and Facebook Fanpage. So far we have received 7 applications for #ShutterSquad memberships and they are now going around making their first ten-photo trips!

New Awesome Poster!

Project Awesome 2012: Details

Project Awesome! - What is it? 
Project Awesome! is a project where I will collect photos of people holding a piece of paper with "I'm Awesome!" written on it and turn them into a large collage. The collage will be posted here in the blog. 

Awesome! Why 'Project Awesome!'?
Project Awesome is designated for unity and self esteem. We always look at other people and wish we could be them and in the same time it was our own self that we keep forgetting. We forget that we are awesome in our own way, never mind what other people say. So why not we make a still memory out of it? Why not be confident in ourselves and shout it out loud, "I'm Awesome!"?

Sure! Who Can Participate? 
ALL OF YOU! This project is profit free and my intention is to collect as many photos as possible and form them into a collage in which I will show to the world that these people are the ones who know just how awesome they are. Anybody with a camera and internet connection can participate :D

Alright! So What Do We Do?
Simple! First, write "I'm Awesome!" on a piece of paper, take a picture of yourself and send it to me! You can either:- 

1. Email us at projectawesome2012 [at] yahoo [dot] com
2. Twitpic them and mention us, @projectawesome_ in Twitter

 Take the best picture you can! Be creative! Be decorative! Be happy! Be awesome! This is the best thing - You can send me as many pictures as you want! 


Seriously Awesome! Any Rules?
Of course! In order to make this game a fun and clean one, there has to be some rules. The rules are:

1. The pic has to be from head to waist so that your face will be visibly clear in the collage. Don't be shy!
2. Make sure the writing is visible too! Refer to the pic below!
3. As long as there are (a) your face and (b) an A4/A3 size paper with "I'm Awesome" on it, you're up for the game!
4. You HAVE to let others know too! More participants, the better!
5. The pics have to reach me BEFORE 12.00am on 12th of February 2012.  Then onward, we can start making the collage! :D
